Responsibilities
Key Customers Obligations
Customer is obliged to abide by the obligations stipulated in the Energy Law, other laws and regulations, the Supply Rules and the supply contract, and in particular:
- Timely and in full to pay the invoices issued by the supplier in the manner specified in the supply contract,
- Notify the supplier of the decision to extend or terminate the existing supply contract,
- Provide the supplier with its contact details (name and surname/name of the user, address/headquarters, identification number, identification number, telephone, fax, e-mail) and within 30 days to notify him of the change of data,
- Notify the supplier of the decision to change the supplier,
- Respect the conditions for access and use of the system to which it is connected specified in the Connection Agreement for system usage and the corresponding Network Rules,
- Not to hinder the supply of other consumers,
- Not to damage or otherwise manipulate the metering device and
- Allow access to its property to authorized persons of the operators and/or the supplier for the purpose of exercising their rights and obligations determined by the Energy Law, the Network Rules, and the Supply Rules.
The consumer immediately notifies the supplier if notices:
- Damage to the metering equipment;
- Errors in the functioning of the metering equipment;
- Theft of the metering device or of the other equipment;
- Removal or damage to the seal and
- Damage to the metering closet
The consumer is responsible for damage or theft of a metering device and / or other metering equipment, for removing seals or damage to the metering system, and if it is installed on his property bears the costs for procurement, replacement or repair of the metering equipment.
