The Energy Community Regulatory Board (ECRB), headquartered in Vienna, Austria, is the coordinating institution of national energy regulators of the Energy Community for the development of harmonized regulatory rules, composed of representatives of the regulatory bodies of the signatory countries, as contracting parties.
The Energy Regulatory Commission, as a full member, contributes significantly to the organization and functioning of regional and European market for electricity and natural gas through active participation in the work of the ECRB and the working groups of ECRB for electricity, natural gas, and consumers, then the Forums for electricity, natural gas, and social issues, as well as the various workshops on the implementation of EU legislation on the internal energy market.
