The Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA), headquartered in Budapest, Hungary, is a professional association of regulators aimed at promoting cooperation, exchange of experience, and strengthening the capacity of regulatory bodies.
The Energy Regulatory Commission is a full member of this Association and its representatives are constantly involved in the work of the Licensing/Competition Committee, the Tariff/Pricing Committee, as well as in the working groups on consumers and legislation, and are also regularly participating in the General Assembly of ERRA, on the meetings of the ERRA Presidency, and the ERRA’s Annual Energy Investment and Regulation Conference. The employees of the Energy Regulatory Commission are continuously using the services of ERRA for their professional development and education through participation in a variety of specialized courses in the field of energy sector regulation, electricity and natural gas market regulation, pricing and tariff regulation, monitoring of energy markets, electricity from renewable energy sources regulation, etc.
