With their license application referred to in Article 12 of the Rulebook on the Licencing of Energy-Relating Activities, the applicant must enclose evidence of payment made out to the account of the Energy Regulatory Commission, of an irreclaimable fee covering the costs arising from the licensing procedure, in the net amount of the denar equivalent of EUR 500, using the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia valid on the day of the license application.
