The President of the Energy Regulatory Commission is obliged, by March 31 of the current year the latest, to submit an annual report on the work of the Energy Regulatory Commission in the previous year to the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia and to the Parliament of the Republic of North Macedonia. The annual report also includes information about the material and financial operations by the Energy Regulatory Commission. The annual report on the work of the Energy Regulatory Commission is published on www.erc.org.mk.

Upon request by the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Minister in charge of energy-relating activities, the Energy Regulatory Commission may submit other necessary reports and information pertaining to its work.
