Dispute Resolutions
The Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia adjudicates the disputes commenced by system users or market players against particular licence holders in relation to energy regulation issues; and also the disputes involving the application of the adopted connection criteria, methodologies or tariffs; access, balancing and the use of particular systems or markets; and the allocation of adequate interconnecting capacities, when the interconnecting capacity application has been rejected by a transmission system operator in the Republic of Macedonia; and also the amount of the justified fees covering the costs arising from the procedure, when dealing with a complaint or an application to adjudicate a dispute.
The Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Macedonia takes decisions for the adjudicated disputes, which may be appealed by the injured party to the competent court.
